Bookings & Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- Mobile service areas are within greater Sydney; outer areas may incur a call‑out fee.
- Inspection times are estimates and may vary due to traffic and prior jobs.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a fee to cover travel and time.
Vehicle Requirements
- Vehicle must be safe to operate and accessible. Please provide keys and access to the vehicle.
- Severe defects or unsafe conditions will result in a failed inspection and may require re‑inspection.
Payment
- Payment links (Stripe/PayPal) may be sent before or after inspection as agreed.
- Receipts are provided via email.
